Asian Grand Hotel

We had family room 6 bed was there Large bedroom with 2 bath room very cleen. facilities was fine only thing was water pressure was very low in the bathroom. we had all we needed staff was kind and helpful.2 minutes to Beach and around meny option on the Street with Lot's of seafood restaurant.Thank you.

There was big party on roof top that was noisey and Young gang was there i was bit worry was traveled with my family

Our flight arrived quite late and the hotel had been very helpful in arranging for a transfer for us. The hotel was a 20min drive from the airport and only a 2min walk from the beach. As a family of 5 looking for a short stay in Negombo the hotel suited us perfectly. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and served up a very generous breakfast including curry, roti, fresh juices, fruit, eggs and toast.

I liked the very friendly staff, the location very near the beach, the two restaurants, especially the rooftop restaurant. Room was clean, the laundry service was efficient. And everything at very reasonable price.

I liked thel location, the very friendly and helpful staff and the two cosy restaurants. Also the swimmingpool was nice.

Attentive and friendly staff.

The hotel is badly in need of refurbishment. I woke at 7am to find all exits from the hotel locked from the outside. At 7.30 the manager appeared and unlocked the front door. He did not seem to understand my concern about lack of emergency exits.

Location was Good. Meals were also good . Staff provied me good servise

Good friendly kind help full staff , Customer friendly service. Spent good day @ Asian grand hotel. Highly recommended. Delicious foods & beverages. Very calm place.

The staff were amazingly helpful with everything. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely atmosphere when we arrived and during our stay. The room was large for our family of 5 and came with two bathrooms which was super handy. The beds were clean and the room presented well for our arrival. There was tea and coffee on the room but no way of making water hot and only 1 mug.

Unfortunately it is a very tiered building needing some restoration. The pool was not looking good at all so we didn’t use it. There was lots of mould in the bathrooms.Lots of small broken details everywhere. Really needs a restoration. The showers were cold and very weak and the air con was not very cold but did work to some degree. The kitchen area of the room was awful.

It was cheap and location was fine for one night close to the airport.

No working AC, no toilet paper, not enough drinking water (2 small bottles for 5 people), only 3 beds when booking promised 4, stains on linens, mold in bathroom. Deeply regret booking my family here even for one night after we walked in. It is more of a local guesthouse than a true hotel for overseas guests.

Located very close to the beach and restaurants. Staff is extremely helpful and accommodating.

Don't have private parking and no elevator.

The hotel was lovely and I was made so welcome. The prices were fair and the food lovely. The owner very helpful, and when I needed a driver further down south he was able to help. Thank you

I have no complaints My stay was short and sweet

Near to the beach.

1. Bathroom doors and locks were very poor.2. They won't even offer to carry your bags even when you are with kids.3. The pressure on the shower is not worth tsking a shower

Very pathetic, unhygienic.No one was at reception, no room cleaning and no service.Left hotel right after 15minutes and there was no one to help us out.

Dirty room, bathroom smell.Dirty bedsheets, mosquitoes and red ants in the room.Dust everywhere and no room services

aircon didn’t work first night. moved rooms aircon was loud so had to turn off second night

Great location.Very friendly staff with 24/7 availability.Very Comfy family room.

The Food was the only good thing about this place..

The room did not have the basic Amenities that was stated ( AC is very old & did not work,No wifi, No mini fridge,No safety deposit box, No hair dryer.. No Tea/coffee maker or Electric Kettle in the room,even the Ceiling fans & TV did not work)
